Shipping Times & Rates 

  • To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Protogenz does not ship orders to post office boxes. 
  • For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:
    • Ground shipping: $7. Please allow 5-8 business days.
    • Priority shipping: $15. Please allow 3-4 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee.
    • Free shipping on orders above $99.00
  • For International Shipping the shipping rate will be determined after you place your order and then we will email you the total for approval.

 

U.S. Returns & Refunds Policy

Use caution when winding chains and never forcefully rotate the Linkcinch.  Protogenz is not responsible for damage by improper use of the Linkcinch.

Standard Return Policy

When returning a product you purchased from the U.S. Linkcinch Online Store:

  • You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from the Linkcinch Online Store can be returned to Protogenz.
  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is unopened in its original packaging.

How to Return An Item

Ship your item back to Protogenz after recieving a return authorization (RA) number.

To return an item, send an email to returns@protogenz.com with the following information:

1.  Customer Name

2.  Order Number

3.  Copy of Invoice

4.  Reason for Return

5.  Contact Information

Once you recieve an RA number write that number clearly on the package and mail to:

If the reason for return is because of damage or incorrect item as a fault of Protogenz we will pay for shipping and send a pre-paid return shipping label with the RA number, otherwise the shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.  Please follow these instructions or return may be delayed or invalid.

Refunds

Once we receive your item a refund will be initiated. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

  • If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Note: You can only return items from one order at a time.
